Where is pickup and drop off?
Pickup and drop off is provided from your accommodation in Galway city.
Are there any guest requirements and limitations?
All guests must be able to ride a bike safely and must be over the minimum age of 14 years, which is the legal requirement to ride an electric bike in Ireland. In addition, there is a maximum weight limit of 120kg.

What if the weather forecast is rainy?
As this is an outdoor activity tours will usually go-ahead rain or shine.
However, tours may not go ahead in strong winds or significant rainfall. In these circumstances, we endeavour to accommodate our guests by way of providing instead a tour of the Connemara region by vehicle with the option for a walk or hike depending on the weather conditions. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations require 7 days notice in order to receive a full refund.
Cancellations less than 7 days will forfeit the €200 deposit.
Cancellations made by Fat Bike Galway will result in a full refund.
